The liquor stock audit compares the retail value of all products sold during a period against the actual revenue taken, to provide a surplus/deficit figure. It shows the actual gross profit, current stock holding, the sales mix, details of the allowances are also displayed. All of which is calculated to ensure your business is maximising its revenue and profit.

PLU VARIANCE REPORT
If you have an itemised till or EPOS system, a comparison can be made between individual products used to those imputed into the till. This report pinpoints any variances by showing a surplus/deficit for each product. Any problem areas will be highlighted immediately.

PURCHASES
All purchases and credits are entered individually into the audit from supplier invoices. All cost prices are checked, any increases will be highlighted. In the event of supplier cost increases we will advise on the correct selling prices to maintain gross profit margins.

FOOD STOCK AUDIT
A food stock audit consists of a trading account detailing opening and closing stocks, consumption, the gross profit and details of purchases and credits. Additionally it includes a valuation list of the current stock holding and latest cost prices. We keep track of any price increases on products and will suggest alternative suppliers where necessary.
